I stayed at the Grand Zentrum Hotel for a night and it had some highlights but plenty of downsides too. The location near Taksim Square is fantastic, but the rude service really left a sour taste in my mouth. The room I had was quite small and in dire need of an update, which overall brought the experience down significantly.
